Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Rates & Times

  • Delivery rates and times are displayed during checkout.
  • We aim to offer competitive delivery rates and exceptional service. Delivery costs vary based on item size and fragility.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivered via couriers: Parcelforce, DHL, DX Freight, or equivalent within 3–7 business days.
  • Charges depend on item size or fragility and will be applied during checkout.

Categories of Delivery:

  • Standard: Items not larger than 100 cm.
  • Fragile: Mirrors, large pictures, and glazed pictures.
  • Large: Large furniture items like dining tables and sideboards.

Extra-Large Deliveries

  • Oversized, heavy, or extremely fragile items may require pallet delivery.
  • Costs for pallet delivery range from £70–£110, applied at checkout.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Couriers will notify you via text or email about delivery details.
  • If a calling card is left, respond within 5 days, or the goods will be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge will apply.
  • Items dispatched via standard delivery are expected within 3–7 business days.
  • For large, heavy, or fragile items, specialist couriers will contact you to arrange delivery.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are in production/transit and will arrive at our warehouse within 1–4 weeks.
  • Estimated delivery times are displayed on individual product pages for items on backorder.

Returns Policy

Online Purchase Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition to our address. Contact us via returns@decor-interiors.net or call 02890839971 to arrange a return or collection.
  • Items must be boxed as they arrived.

Exclusions:

  • Mixed-to-order paints cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
  • Wallpaper and customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Standard & Extra-Large Parcels:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, a credit note will be issued.
  • Items must be in their original retail packaging, securely packaged to withstand delivery.
  • Returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend insured registered delivery.
  • Refunds do not include original postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Furniture Returns:

  • Check items upon delivery for damages or faults.
  • Non-made-to-order furniture can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in perfect saleable condition and original packaging.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Report damages within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Transit damages must be reported within 24 hours, including photos of the damage.

Resolution Process:

  • Damaged items reported within 24 hours will be collected, and replacements will be shipped (subject to stock availability).
  • Refunds for initial postage costs are limited to the value of our standard UK mainland service.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging to ensure safe transit. Failure to do so may void your refund.
