With recent measures in place due to COVID-19 & Brexit, we may experience longer delivery times than normal.
A Quality Delivery
****All orders leave our shop in excellent condition but sometimes it may get damaged in transit.
** If your order arrives from the courier service with damaged packaging please refuse the item or if you do except the parcel please sign for the package but as damaged.
We can not be liable for packages that have been accepted damaged as our courier services have stated that once the customer signs for the delivery as accepted in good condition it has from their point of view been delivered in good condition.
Subject to certain geographic, size and product limitations, delivery of most items in the U.K over £100.00 are free.
We charge £6.95 for delivery of all other items under £100.00.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to postcodes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Furthermore, in limited situations, due to network requirements, we are unable to deliver certain products, including but not limited to certain large items, to certain postcodes in the UK. This exclusion applies regardless of the quantity. All fees and delivery limitations are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout
When will my order arrive?
We use Parcelforce 48 hours service ( Business Days ) but sometimes there maybe a hold up in our deliveries being picked up from our premises so please allow 3 - 5 working days for your shipment to get to you.
Once your shipment has been picked up from our primises we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been fulfilled and that the delivery company is picking up your shipment up from us on that day. The delivery company will then contact you by email or text message to let you know when your shipment will be delivered.
