COVID 19 & BREXIT 

Our family team is taking great care to keep everything safe and clean & contact free, we are constantly santitising stock and surfaces so that we can keep everyone as safe as possible. 
 
We always try our best to get your orders to you as soon as we can but we are experiencing delays in getting some stock delivered to us due to Brexit, this is getting better week by week. Items due into stock and stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are ready with Parcelforce, DPD & large items via DX freight delivery, all deliveries will be upgraded to express service to maintain a high standard during the courier network.
Please note that due to COVID 19 we can only deliver items to your front door this also includes large items.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available to UK customers and will be delivered via our Couriers Parcelforce, DX Freight or equivalent within 3 -  5 days, large Parcels can take up to 3 - 7 days, delivery charges will be applied to your cart when ordering. Delivery T 's & C 's

Parcelforce and Dx freight will send a notification via Text or email for your delivery details. If a calling card is left you can contact them directly using the details on the calling card or contact our Customer Services team info@decor-interiors.net or on 02890992423. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

We will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. For furniture deliveries we will try our best to deliver on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted with available time slots.

Please refer to delivery lead times below for your purchases:

•    Small, Medium & Large /standard items – delivery within 3-5 working days

All Items that are in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, our usual dispatch time is 1 working day from point of order.

If a bespoke delivery is required for items that require more than one person to handle due to weight, delivery times can be longer, we will contact you before hand to arrange a more convenient date & time;

•    Extra large parcels / Furniture items – delivery within 3 - 10 days
•    Mixed Items – All items in stock delivered together within 3 - 5 working days

In stock

Items dispatched by standard delivery Via our Courier and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Our specialist couriers will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile pallet delivery items.

Pre order items 

Items on pre-order are currently in production/transit and due to arrive into our warehouse within the next 4-12 weeks, as soon as they arrive with us you will be notified and your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Individual product pages state an estimated delivery time & date when an item is currently on back order. 

Online Purchase Returns

We want you to be delighted with every purchase from us so we've made our returns policy easy and stress free. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition to our address below or contact us via email info@decor-interiors.net or Telephone us 02890992423 and we can arrange a courier to collect from you at your convenience, all items will be required to be boxed as they arrived.

Standard & Extra Large Parcels

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery and in a re-sellable condition, all items must be in their original retail packaging. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt for proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights, we do not refund postage costs paid at time of order.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Furniture and Upholstery Cancellation & Returns Policy for Web & Telephone orders

Please note if you purchase furniture or upholstery from us through the website or by telephone with our mail order team you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read the statement under "Furniture Measurements" above to ensure you understand your responsibilities before ordering any furniture items.

When an item of furniture is delivered to you, it is your responsibility, to check the goods for any fault or damages. You will be required to sign a confirmation that the goods have been delivered in a satisfactory condition.

If you order furniture that is not part of our 'made to order' range you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must ensure the furniture is returned to us in a perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

If you wish to purchase a 'made to order' sofa, armchair, footstool or ottoman, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. If you choose to change the fabric you have chosen after placing your order, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied (orders with customer's own fabrics cannot be amended or cancelled). Should you choose to return the furniture to us for any reason within seven days of delivery, Decor Interiors reserves the right to retain a 20% re-stocking fee. You must contact our mail order team either by email (info@decor-interiors.net ) or by telephone (02890992423) within seven working days from date of delivery to cancel your order. You must ensure the furniture is returned to us in a perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in The Farthing being unable to refund you.

Sofas, armchairs, ottomans and footstools ordered with a customer's own fabric or material cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Outdoor furniture:

With all outdoor furniture: For a long lasting impression we advise not leave outside during periods of adverse weather; we recommend bringing inside when not in use.

We cannot be held responsible if your items become damaged or show sines of erosion due to being left outside in adverse weather.

Cost of returning items

We require you to be responsible for the cost of returning an item to us where you have changed your mind.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage.

*If you want to return an item of furniture you must notify us within 14 days. We can organise collection but all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and that the customer bears all return shipping costs. Please note, this is can vary as it depends on the size of the item being returned. Please call our shop and will get you a price for this.,

Refunds will be processed will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible upon receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/special offer that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price.

Above prices are only a guide as individual item weights will differ dependant on material and size.

Refusing to take delivery, if for any reason you have changed your mind and no longer require an item you can refuse to take delivery, it will then be sent directly back to us, once arrived back we will initiate your refund minus the cost of postage that has been utilised, if for any reason you have changed your mind prior to dispatch a total refund will be made, unfortunately if postage costs have been actioned we will not be able to reimburse the costs utilised.

We can only accept returns of items in original packaging, if an item is not boxed as it was delivered in the retails packaging we are unable to process, if an item has been used or fitted and adapted in anyway we are unable to accept receipt of the item and a refund of payment made cannot be fulfilled, all return items must be in a resealable condition packed as arrived.

Damaged Deliveries

Damages must be reported within 24 hours, We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.

If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately to inform us quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage, Transit damages need to be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible after this 24hrs of receiving window. When reporting to us within 24hrs we will organise a collection and ship a replacement out to you immediately subject to stock availability.

When an item arrives damaged and reported to us within 24hrs we will refund your initial postal costs up to the value of our standard UK mainland postal rate of £6.95.

When an item is posted / sent back to us without prior knowledge or consent from us, we are unable to refund any costs incurred by yourself, we will arrange collection or email over dispatch labels for you when required.

All delivery damages will be required to be boxed as they arrived, failure to box an item ready for collection can incur additional charges by our couriers Parcelforce. Items will be required to be packaged as they arrived as the packaging will be inspected, we cannot exchange of swop over unboxed items, we hope you appreciate this.

Measurements

Please ensure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.
