Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 10 days of the item’s return to our warehouse.
• Once your refund has been initiated, we’ll send you an email notification.

Gift Vouchers

• Orders paid with gift vouchers will be refunded as a replacement voucher.
• Returns outside the policy timeframe may also be refunded as a voucher.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

• Check your bank statement, as some refunds may show on the original purchase date or as the same transaction.

Klarna & Clearpay Returns

Extending Your Invoice Period

• If you’re nearing the end of your invoice period, contact Klarna or Clearpay via their app to extend the deadline and avoid late payment charges.

Refund Timeframe

• Refunds for Klarna & Clearpay orders take up to 15 days:

Returning Part of an Order

• The value of returned items will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
• Continue to make payments for the remaining instalments.
• If your refund exceeds the outstanding balance or the invoice is already paid in full, Klarna or Clearpay will refund the difference.
