REFUNDS
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of the item’s return to our warehouse.
- Once your refund has been initiated, we’ll send you an email notification.
Gift Vouchers
- Orders paid with gift vouchers will be refunded as a replacement voucher.
- Returns outside the policy timeframe may also be refunded as a voucher.
