DELIVERY
Sorry we do not offer next day delivery or express delivery as we feel delivery companies struggle to meet this target.
We try to keep delivery prices as competitive as possible and always aim to offer best possible value for money with a service that’s second to none. Click on the link to see a a more detailed cost for delivery.
Our Standard delivery will be delivered via our Couriers Parcelforce, DX Freight or equivalent within 3 - 5 days, delivery charges will be applied to your cart when ordering which will depend on your items size or if the item is fragile. Standard: Small & Standard size items are not bigger than 100 cms
Fragile: Mirrors, Large Pictures, Glazed Pictures
Large: Large Furniture Items: Dining tables, Sideboards etc.
** Large pictures & glazed pictures will need to be crated in a wooden box to avoid damage while in transit.
Parcelforce and Dx freight will send a notification via Text or email for your delivery details. If a calling card is left you can contact them directly using the details on the calling card or contact our Customer Services team info@decor-interiors.net or on 02890839971. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
Items dispatched by standard delivery Via our Courier and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Our specialist couriers will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile pallet delivery items.
RETURNS
We offer our customers the facility to return or exchange items bought online by contacting our web team or by calling into our showroom.
If your order arrives damaged or your goods are faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. If you would like to return your order because you have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days - email the web team atinfo@decor-interiors.net and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase and any returns note we include with your order.
EXCEPTIONS: (but not limited to) We regret we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are damaged or faulty:
- CLEARANCE Items
- Special Order Lamp Shades
- Part-orders of Wallpapers
- Gift Vouchers
- Paint
WALLPAPER RETURNS WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE We recommend requesting a sample | We are unable to accept returns of part orders of wallpaper .

REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, you must inform us within 14 days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your goods are not faulty you must return them to us at your own cost, unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
If your goods are faulty or arrive damaged you must inform us within 7 working days. We are happy to replace faulty items but may require proof of damage, or the items to be returned to us for verification. When we have agreed that the item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it and refund any carriage costs incurred to replace the item.
To arrange for an exchange or refund, please use the following steps;
- Email us at info@decor-interiors.net quoting your name and order number.
- Please advise which item/s you wish to return and whether you would like the item/s exchanged or a refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once the goods have been received by us.
EXCEPTIONS
Paints and Clearance items items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Rugs - Please contact us by the email above to confirm a returns address for this item.
Wallpaper - We are unable to accept returns of part orders of wallpaper. Returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
