This wallcovering is a specialist beaded product and therefore needs careful and considered application.
We recommend using cloths or dust sheets, as free beads can become attracted to materials and surfaces through static.
There will always be a certain percentage of loose beads so this is normal. However, loose beads can cause hazards to flooring or furniture surfaces, so we recommend continuous cleaning throughout hanging.
To achieve an even appearance, never allow wallpaper paste to get onto the beaded surface of the wallcovering.
Do not use a cloth or wallpaper smoother to wipe over the beaded surface, use a clean soft roller, working from the centre to the edges of the paper to expel air bubbles.
After hanging 2-3 lengths, inspect the result. No claim for hanging costs can be accepted once more than one roll is hung.
For best result, maximum care and minimal handling is needed.

Parcelforce and Dx freight will send a notification via Text or email for your delivery details. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
Items dispatched by standard delivery Via our Courier and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Our specialist couriers will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile pallet delivery items.
We offer our customers the facility to return or exchange items bought online by contacting our web team or by calling into our showroom.
If your order arrives damaged or your goods are faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. If you would like to return your order because you have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days - email the web team at email@example.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase and any returns note we include with your order.
EXCEPTIONS: (but not limited to) We regret we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are damaged or faulty:

Mixed Paint - We are unable to accept any returns for paint that has been mixed for the customer unless there is a genuine fault or defect with the product. This is due to the fact that we will be unable to sell that product again as that colour is specific to the customer that ordered it. Please ensure you have selected the correct colour, finish and quantity before ordering and if you are unsure, we would encourage you to request a Free Colour Chart or purchase a Sample Pot where available.
Colour Accuracy - Although we endeavour to make our screen images as accurate as possible, colours on screen are for reference only and are an approximation of the true colour and should therefore not be regarded as absolutely correct. Do not rely on screen representation for colour accuracy as the resolution on computer monitors can differ depending on the make and model and the settings of the output device used to display this page will also affect the visible colour. Paint colours can also vary according to adjacent room colours and lighting conditions. We would always encourage you to request a Free Colour Chart or purchase a Sample Pot where available, before committing to purchasing a larger tin size.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, you must inform us within 14 days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your goods are not faulty you must return them to us at your own cost, unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
If your goods are faulty or arrive damaged you must inform us within 7 working days. We are happy to replace faulty items but may require proof of damage, or the items to be returned to us for verification. When we have agreed that the item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it and refund any carriage costs incurred to replace the item.
To arrange for an exchange or refund, please use the following steps;

- Please advise which item/s you wish to return and whether you would like the item/s exchanged or a refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once the goods have been received by us.
Paints and Clearance items items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Wallpaper - We are unable to accept returns of part orders of wallpaper. Returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
